Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You purchased the same digital product twice by mistake
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to fix it
  • You never received access and support cannot recover your purchase
We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Digital products already downloaded or accessed
  • Content not meeting personal expectations or preferences
  • Misunderstanding the nature of the product (all items are digital)
  • Inability to use the product due to personal device limitations
